suk jGo Ahead Eagles have made another splash into the transfer market with the addition of Joey Suk from NAC Breda. Go Ahead are looking for reinforcements as they seek to build a squad capable of surviving in the Eredivisie following promotion from the Eerste Divisie. The transfer of Suk arrives shortly after the club acquired Kevin Brands, also from NAC, on a free transfer.

Suk has signed a two-year deal with Go Ahead Eagles meaning that he returns to the club where he made his debut in professional football. Suk previously played for the club between 2008 and 2012 before moving to Belgium club Beerschot AC and subsequently NAC Breda.

Suk commented on his transfer saying “I’ve always had a special bond with the fans because I have always been a supporter of the club. When I played in the first team, it was a dream come true for me. I’m really looking forward to returning to Go Ahead Eagles and playing in the Eredivisie.”
