The new logo for the Johan Cruijff ArenA was revealed on what would have been the deceased legend’s 71st birthday.

After months of delays, It was recently confirmed that from next season the Amsterdam ArenA would be renamed after Johan Cruijff, who died on the 24th of March 2016.
On Wednesday, which would have been Cruijff’s 71st birthday, Frank Rijkaard along with the children of the deceased mayor of Amsterdam, Eberhard van der Laan unveiled the new stadium logo.
