Jong PSV v Volendam

Both sides come into this game in bad form. Jong PSV are without a win since the opening weekend, where as Volendam are still without a win scoring just twice all season in the process. I expect the home side to regain a bit of confidence here and take all three points. 2-1

Go Ahead Eagles v Jong Ajax

Go Ahead’s 100% record came to an end last week to the hands of Jong AZ. They now have another challenging tie against last seasons Eerste Divisie winners Jong Ajax. The away side have played well in recent weeks which makes this one such a close call. 1-1

Helmond Sport v NEC Nijmegen

Helmond come here off back to back defeats while still winless. NEC, on the other hand, are still unbeaten and look very promising. This could be a very entertaining game and it wouldn’t surprise me if NEC didn’t take the three points. 1-3

Waalwijk v Jong AZ

Jong AZ picked up an impressive first win of the season last week against Go Ahead last week. They will now want to push on up the table. This won’t be easy against Waalwijk which is always a tough place to go. I think the home side will have enough to overcome AZ. 2-0

MVV Maastricht v Dordrecht

MVV should find this comfortable on paper, however, there are no easy games in this division. Dordrecht has lost four in a row and sit second from bottom on just a single point. MVV picked up a solid away win last week. I think this will be a low scoring game. 1-0

TOP Oss v Sparta Rotterdam

This is my game of the round between two footballing sides. Oss has had a solid start to the campaign and will want to use this home advantage to overcome a Sparta side who have won four on the bounce. A win here could send them top and more importantly further ahead at the top of the period table. 1-2 | Both Score No Draw

Den Bosch v Almere City

This also has the potential to be a top game with many goals. Almere City has started the season well again thanks to their attacking style which has caused many sides problems so far. They themselves haven’t lost for three games. Den Bosch have had a fair start sitting in mid-table. 3-2 | Over 2.5 Goals

Roda JC V FC Eindhoven

Roda really need to find some form again after losing back to back games after winning their opening three. They couldn’t have asked for an easier game on paper as they face Eindhoven who have lost all five so far. I expect it to be a sixth for them which would be a disastrous start for them. 3-0 | Roda Over 2.5 Goals

Jong Utrecht v Cambuur

Cambuur overtook Go Ahead last week to reach the summit of the Keuken Kampioen Divisie. They have played some excellent football and Jong Utrecht are up for a tough challenge, especially to keep the division’s top scorer Mario Engels at bay. This will be close but I expect Cambuur to nick it. 0-1 | Cambuur to Win

Telstar v FC Twente

A tough test for Twente who have started the season well considering the immense amount of pressure on them. Telstar would have seen Oss take three points off them two weeks and will want to replicate that here. Twente are backed by another sold-out away sector which I think will help lead them to an important three points. 1-2
