klaassen cambuNapoli failed in a move for the 23-year-old in January, but reports in Italy claim they are to return to Amsterdam in the summer with another offer for Klaassen.

However, the midfielder has insisted he has no intention of joining Napoli and is committed to staying at Ajax next season.

Klaassen told Ajax Life, “I have no intention of joining Napoli. I want to stay at Ajax.

“Of course, you never know what will happen. I could fall out with the club or something like that. But that is very much unlikely to happen. I just mean that it is never 100 per cent certain that I will stay.

“But I do not plan to leave the club. I’m a true Ajacied.”
