knvb beAjax get the action underway on Tuesday as they host minnows ASWH at the Amsterdam Arena. Fans of the Eredivisie champions will be expecting an improved performance, after they drew 0-0 with Eredivisie bottom side RKC Waalwijk.

In a game which could be a potential upset, MVV Maastricht, who are undefeated in their last eight matches, host Eredivisie strugglers ADO Den Haag.

In what should be another close encounter, FC Eindhoven host NEC Nijmegen. Eindhoven have been in decent form in the Eerste Divisie this season, and sit fifth, while NEC won their first league match in eight months at the weekend.

Eerste Divisie side FC Emmen host IJsselmeervogels, while JVC Cuijk face EVV in the only non league tie of the round.

Utrecht will be confident of a place in the next round, as they travel to face Kozakken Boys, and in an all Eredivisie tie, Cambuur host NAC Breda to end Tuesday’s action.

In a repeat of last weekends Eredivisie tie, PSV and Roda JC face off, this time at the Philips Stadion, with PSV looking to avenge their league defeat.

Holders AZ Alkmaar should reach the next round as they host Eerste Divisie side Achilles’29, who have struggled so far this season, after turning professional.

The biggest chance of an upset on Wednesday sees Heracles travel to face minnows Excelsior’31, while Groningen face Capelle in the Euroborg.

This seasons surprise package PEC Zwolle come up against Wilhelmina 08, and Vitesse Arnhem have a comfortable looking tie with Noordwijk.

Wednesday’s action ends with Feyenoord, still in shock after a defeat at home to Heracles hosting minnows Hoek at De Kuip.

The round ends on Thursday with Heerenveen hosting VVV Venlo, and Excelsior facing Go Ahead Eagles.
