Ronald Koeman is in need of a new attacker after big money summer signing Yanick Bolasie suffered a knee injury at the weekend which will rule him out for several months.
Manchester United outcast Memphis Depay has been linked to the Toffee’s already, but another option according to The Sun is Luciano Narsingh. The 26-year-old is out of contract at PSV in the summer and a move in January may be the last chance for the club to get some money for the speedy attacker.
Narsingh has held talks with PSV over a contract extension, but no agreement has yet been reached, which means an exit next month is an option.
PSV signed Narsingh from Heerenveen in 2012 with the forward netting twenty times in 100 league appearances. He also has 16 caps for the Dutch national team.
Good move
If this is true, not sure what Koeman is thinking here. Narsingh has pace – but that’s about it. End product is woeful both in terms of supply and finishing. I can’t see how he’ll succeed in the Premier League given how much he struggles in the Eredivisie.
