Koeman has been out of work since leaving his interim head coach role at Fenerbahce earlier this season but he could be set to take over at Oman.
A federal official reportedly told the Oman Times, “He has arrived on Monday. He is speaking with the union president on Wednesday. We’ll make a decision next week. “
Koeman is said to be the only candidate to take over the nation, who lost to Iran in the Asian Cup round of 16.
