AZ Alkmaar midfielder Teun Koopmeiners has confirmed there is interest in him from England but no concrete offers yet.

The 22-year-old AZ captain has been associated with Everton and West Ham United after an excellent campaign in Alkmaar.
Speaking to the Noordhollands Dagblad, Koopmeiners confirmed interest from England, “That’s right, but there is still nothing on the table at AZ, so to speak. So it remains to be seen how that will turn out.”
If he stays, Koopmeiners is aiming to once again go for the Eredivisie title, “You never know if you’re getting that close again. I think this may have made the players even more eager. We now know what we are capable of, we know what we can do and what we can achieve.”
