The striker looked set for a move to the middle east earlier this month after a fee was reportedly agreed between the UAE club and ADO Den Haag, while Kramer said yes to a three-year-deal.
However since then ADO Den Haag hadn’t received a penny from Baniyas, and Kramer was forced to return to training in the Hague.
Both sides entered talks again on Monday with Baniyas hoping to pay €1.5 million in parts, but ADO Den Haag sent them back a counter offer which was not accepted.
Kramer will now stay with ADO Den Haag for now, but another transfer may materialise before the transfer window shuts next month.
