After announcing his retirement, Dirk Kuyt will be honoured with a farewell match by Feyenoord.

Kuyt announced the match himself by stating on Thursday, “Feyenoord offered me a farewell match, which I find very respectful.”
The 36-year-old, who announced his retirement on Wednesday, has been offered a behind the scenes role with the Rotterdam club, which will start at some point next season.
A date for the farewell match and the opponents are yet to be announced.
