Leeds United have confirmed the signing of Feyenoord winger Crysencio Summerville on a three-year deal.

The Premier League side have paid around €1.5 million for the 18-year-old forward, who signed his contract until 2023 on Wednesday.

Feyenoord tried to keep the youngster and offered him a new deal this summer, but Summerville was not set to be part of the club’s first team. The youngster didn’t want to be part of the reserves, having spent last season with ADO Den Haag, and coming into the final year of his contract forced Feyenoord to sell.

Summerville will now join up with the Leeds United U23 side.
