According to reports in Italy, Liverpool is interested in signing Teun Koopmeiners from Atalanta Bergamo.

La Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting that Liverpool are interested in the Dutch international and they watched him closely at the World Cup.
The Italian newspaper believes a transfer is possible but they do not know just how concrete the interest is at the moment. They believe Atalanta would ask for €40 million to part with Koopmeiners, who joined the club from AZ Alkmaar for €14 million.
Koopmeiners has a contract until 2025 and has made 59 appearances for the club, scoring eight times and adding six assists.
The 24-year-old would be the second Dutch signing of the month after Cody Gakpo.
