Derrick Luckassen does not want to return to PSV Eindhoven this summer.

The versatile defender joined PSV Eindhoven from AZ Alkmaar back in 2017 but never earned a regular spot at the Philips Stadion. He was then loaned to Hertha Berlin and then Anderlecht last summer.

The 24-year-old has two more years left on his contract with PSV but Anderlecht have an option to purchase Luckassen this summer.

Speaking to De Telegraaf, Luckassen confirmed he does not want to return to Eindhoven this summer, “It is uncertain what will happen.

“My contract with PSV will continue for another two years. I keep all options open to myself, except going back to PSV. That is no longer an option for me. I tried twice there and that has become nothing. I do not feel at home at PSV.”

Luckassen made 18 league appearances for Anderlecht.
