The 19-year-old swapped Ajax for Manchester City back in 2014 but is still waiting for his first-team debut. With his contract expiring in the summer, Dilrosun is expected to reject the chance to stay and leave the Etihad in search of regular first-team action.
According to Portuguese newspaper O Jogo, Dilrosun flew to Lisbon last week to hear a proposal from Benfica. However, they are not the only club interested in the forward with RB Leipzig, Borussia Dortmund, Liverpool, Juventus and Valencia all hoping to strike a deal with the Netherlands U19 international.
Dilrosun has contributed three assists in 12 appearances for Manchester City’s U23’s this season.
