According to Sky Sports, Marseille have offered Kevin Strootman to Manchester United and Everton on loan.

The 29-year-old joined Marseille from AS Roma last season for £23 million but the move has not been a success.

Marseille currently sit sixth in Ligue 1 with only one match left and will miss out on the Champions League. A summer of cost cutting is now expected and Strootman could be on the chopping block.

Sky Sports is reporting that Strootman has been offered on loan to both Everton and Manchester United. The latter has been constantly linked with the midfielder since his time at PSV Eindhoven.

Strootman made 33 appearances for Marseille this season, scoring once.
