The Dutch newspaper is this morning reporting that PSV Eindhoven are resigned to losing their prized asset this summer, with a big money move mooted, and the Premier League the likely destination.
Manchester United are the favourites to sign the 21-year-old, with the player’s relationship with coach Louis van Gaal set to be a defining factor, but they will face competition from Liverpool who have followed the wingers progress closely this season.
Tottenham made a €20 million bid last summer for Depay, but they are no longer believed to be in the running, while Arsenal and Chelsea are not interested in the Eredivisie top scorer.
This summer is set to be filled with speculation surrounding Depay’s future, and it no longer a case of whether he will leave PSV, but when.
