Netherlands international Tyrell Malacia has become the first signing for Erik ten Hag at Manchester United.

Malacia was confirmed by the Premier League giants on Tuesday after the defender put pen to paper on his contract until 2026, with the option for another year.

Feyenoord will receive at least €15 million for Malacia, but that fee could rise due to a number of bonuses included in the deal.

Malacia spent 14 years with Feyenoord, with the 22-year-old making 136 appearances for the club, scoring six times and adding 12 assists. He has five caps for the Dutch national team.
