milikjaperMilik has been a revelation since joining Ajax on loan from Bayern Leverkusen in the summer, scoring 17 goals in 16 appearances for the Eredivisie champions.

Ajax have a clause in their deal with Leverkusen which allows them to make the loan deal permanent, and the Polish international’s agent has confirmed Milik is hoping to remain in Netherlands despite interest from the likes of Juventus, Newcastle United and Inter Milan.

David Pantak told Ajax showtime, “There have been several offers for him from Italy, England and Germany.”

“It is normal that there are rumors arise around a footballer, but the intention is to stay at Ajax.”

“For Arek it would be good to stay here until his 23th (birthday). He can learn a lot from former players like Dennis Bergkamp and Frank de Boer,”

Pantak went on to say that if Ajax do not use the option to sign the 20-year-old permanently then the Italian league would be an option, “We both have a lot of respect for the Italian league .”
