The Italian side are flush with money after selling Gonzalo Higuain to Juventus for €90 million and have reportedly identified Arkaduisz Milik as the Argentinian’s replacement.
According to De Telegraaf, Ajax are set to accept a €35 million offer from Napoli for the Polish international, who has already agreed terms on a five-year contract with the Serie A side.
Ajax signed Milik from Bayer Leverkusen last summer for €2.8 million after the 22-year-old spent a season on loan in Amsterdam. In two years, Milik has netted 47 times in 75 appearances for Ajax and the club announced earlier this summer that the striker had agreed to remain with Peter Bosz’s side next season. However, it seems Ajax have received an offer they cant refuse.
