The draw for the group stages of the U19 European Championships were made on Tuesday with Netherlands facing a tough task.

Aaron Winter’s young Dutch side have been drawn in the intimidating group B alongside defending champions Germany, seven time winners Spain and Russia. Group A consists of hosts Greece, France, Austria and Ukraine.
Netherlands first game of the tournament is on the 7th of July against Russia, before facing Germany on the 10th and Spain on the 13th. The top two of each group go onto the semi-finals.
Aaron Winter has named a 25-man squad for the first training stage in Hoenderloo between the 14th and 16th of June. The following players have been selected.

Defenders: Wellington Verloo (Vitesse), Terry Lartey-Sanniez (Ajax), Julian Lelieveld (Vitesse), Augustine Loof (PSV), Damon Mirani (Ajax), Leeroy Owusu (Ajax), Frank Sturing (NEC / FC Oss)
Midfielders: Rewan Amin (Heerenveen), Laros Duarte (Sparta Rotterdam), Frenkie de Jong (Willem II), Sam Lammers (PSV), Abdelhak Nouri (Ajax), Thomas Ouwejan (AZ), Kenneth Paal (PSV), Michel Vlap (sc Heerenveen)
Forwards: Richairo Zivkovic (Ajax), Bilal Ould-Chikh (Twente), Martijn Berden (PSV), Hector Hevel (ADO Den Haag), Issa Kallon (Utrecht), Justin Mathieu (Willem II), Gervane Kastaneer (ADO Den Haag)
Winter will make his final selection known on the 1st of July.
