Ronald Koeman has confirmed his final 23-man Netherlands squad for the upcoming Nations League final four matches.

Netherlands face England in the Nations League on the 6th of June before a potential final or third-place playoff against Portugal or Switzerland on the 9th.
Koeman has trimmed with provisional squad with Wout Weghorst among those dropping out despite the Wolfsburg striker’s excellent form towards the end of the campaign. Terence Kongolo, Steven Berghuis, and Pablo Rosario are also dropped.
PSV goalkeeper Jeroen Zoet stays in the Netherlands due to family reasons, while Kenny Tete is injured.

what is the reason of still calling strootman so many players deserve to replace him he is totally out of form klassen was a better option he is doing well in the bundesliga
about the striker it is hard to decide between luuk and wout both are the same i think koeman preferred luuk because he is more experienced than him and in the two cases we play with a shadow striker (Depay)
most people are angry about luuk they want wout to replace him but in my opinion luuk had a great season scored many goals as well (the bundesliga is no more a tough league than it was in the period between 2010-2014 )
i think we should call both luuk and wout..case in of a need for an urgent goal like a guest game in Germany 2-2
Mostly this is fine and consistent with what’s been a pretty decent side the last season. But like the first poster I can’t understand at all why Strootman is being selected, he’s been poor for Marseille this year and hasn’t even played much.
I would swap out Strootman for Weghorst, who has been dynamite in the Bundesliga. If the team falls behind you want as many attacking options as you can get.
100% agree he should not be in squad a lot of younger mids a lot better. Holjberg been good add great season.
Strootman shouldn’t be in squad & I feel for Wout he has been great his first season in bundesliga. Other mids that could of taken Strootmans spot too. Still can’t believe let Ziyech go. He would add another level to this already stacked squad. He was hood enough back in Twente days IMO.
