Netherlands qualified for the Elite-round by beating Finland, Malta and Serbia in the first group stage last October, but to make it to the tournament in Bulgaria they will have to see off Belgium, Georgia and Northern Ireland.
The group will be played over a two week period, and be hosted by one of the nations in the group. UEFA are yet to decide the group hosts or the date for the matches, but they will be announced soon.
Eight group winners and seven runners up will make it to the tournament next summer, and Netherlands will be hoping to go one better than their runners-up place at the 2014 tournament during the summer, where they lost to England on penalties.
