After wins over Iceland and Italy, Netherlands just needed a draw to qualify for the Euros, but were without top scorer Daishawn Redan, who returned to London in order to face Real Madrid in the UEFA Youth League with Chelsea.
The first half was goalless but Netherlands eventually took the lead in the 51st minute through Ajax midfielder Enric Llansana. PSV’s Mohammed Ihattaren then sealed the victory with ten minutes left.
The U17 Euros take place between the 4th and 20th of May in England.
