Ajax director Marc Overmars has responded to rumours in Italy that both AC Milan and Inter Milan are interested in winger Anwar El Ghazi.

Reports on Tuesday claimed that AC Milan had begun talks with Ajax over the winger, who had agreed a four-year-deal with the Italians.
However Marc Overmars has shut down the rumours, telling De Telegraaf, “No one has come forward so far for Anwar.”
The reported transfer fee of €15 million that is being touted in Italy is also far from Ajax’s asking price for El Ghazi, who is tied down in Amsterdam until 2019. With Napoli offering to pay €25 million plus bonuses for Riechedly Bazoer earlier this month, Ajax would be looking for a similar offer to begin talks.
