According to Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Parma are ahead of Everton in the race to sign Joshua Zirkzee from Bayern Munich.

The 19-year-old is set to leave Munich this month after falling down the Bundesliga giants pecking order.
The battle is between Everton and Parma, with the Italian side now reportedly in front. Fabrizio Romano is reporting that Parma have made a loan offer with the option to buy at the end of the season for €15 million. They are waiting to hear back from Bayern Munich before completing the move.
Parma have also made it clear, Zirkzee would be a starter for the club, while Everton would not be able to promise this.
