The Dane has only featured six times in the Championship for Birmingham City since joining from Randers last year, and with no playing time likely the club have sanctioned his loan to PEC Zwolle for the rest of the season. The Eredivisie side have an option to make the deal permanent.
Ron Jans struggling side will hope the striker can fill the void left by the departure of Lars Veldwijk, who added power and height to the club’s attack last season on loan from Nottingham Forest.
The 23-year-old scored 19 times for Randers before his move to England and has 12 goals in 19 caps for the Danish U21’s.
