The Czech international will move to Zwolle for the upcoming season, but CSKA Moscow have included an option to recall the 24-year-old in January, if he is needed.
Necid, who was seen as one of the most exciting prospects in Europe when he signed for CSKA Moscow in 2009, has struggled with injuries over the past few years, which have restricted him to 75 league appearances for the Russians.
Last season Necid was loaned to Greek side PAOK for six months, and then former club Slavia Prague until the end of the season, as he looked to regain his form.
PEC Zwolle will hope Necid can help them see off Czech side Sparta Prague in the Europa League play-offs next week, while he could make his debut against Dordrecht this weekend. Necid becomes coach Ron Jan’s fourth striker at the club joining Stef Nijland, Nikaloas Ioannidis, and Dimitrios Ferfelis.
Necid has 26 caps for the Czech Republic, netting seven goals.
