According to ESPN, PSG are now favourites to sign Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt.

Reports in Spain on Thursday claimed that the battle to sign De Ligt was now a two horse race between PSG and Barcelona.
The latter has been favourites to sign the defender for months with De Ligt wanting to follow his close friend Frenkie de Jong to Spain. However, Barcelona are unwilling to budge on their offer to Ajax and De Ligt, while his agent Mino Raiola has upped his demands.
ESPN are reporting that PSG are now favourites to sign the 19-year-old. The French giants have reappointed Leonardo as their sporting director and are now expecting De Ligt to be his first major signing of the summer.
Leonardo is in constant contact with Raiola and is ready to meet his demands. They have also convinced that Paris would be a good move for De Ligt in terms of playing time.
De Ligt will only make his final decision after Sunday’s UEFA Nations League final.
