Voetbal International are reporting that PSV have been following the Belgian U-21 international, and could activate the players €8 million release clause to bring him to Netherlands.
However they could face competition from the Premier League for the top scorer in the Belgian league, with Everton, and Arsenal linked to the 20-year-old in the past.
PSV’s strikers have struggled for goals so far this season, with Jurgen Locadia only netting eight goals in 23 league games, while Tim Matavz, who was close to leaving for Russia last month, has only scored two.
Goals have not been a problem so far this season for Batshuayi, with the Standard Liege hot-shot netting 17 in 26 league games so far, whilst he has also netted five times in 12 appearances for the Belgian U-21’s.
