The 23-year-old centre-back is well known by Roger Schmidt, having played under the new PSV boss at Beijing Guoan.
Nicknamed, ‘The Monster’ due to his stature, Kim is not only attracting interest from PSV but also Everton, Southampton, RB Leipzig, SS Lazio, and FC Porto. Beijing Guoan wants €15 million for the South Korea international.
Kim reportedly favours a move to the Premier League, with Everton director Marcel Brands showing firm interest. Watford tried and failed to sign the defender in the past.
