PSV Eindhoven have reached an agreement to sign Vitesse Arnhem midfielder Davy Propper according to AD.

PSV’s interest in the 23-year-old has been clear for months, but any move was based around whether Georginio Wijnaldum, would leave the club. Now that Wijnaldum has completed his move to Newcastle United, PSV have agreed a deal for Propper with Vitesse.
Propper will still need to agree terms and undergo a medical with PSV, but all going well that could all be completed on Monday, and the player would then join up with the club’s training camp in France.
The Dutch international will be PSV’s fifth signing of the summer after deals for Maxime Lestienne, Nicolas Isimat-Mirin, Simon Poulsen and Andres Guardado, while they are also set to complete a move for Uruguayan Gaston Pereiro, and hold interest in Ibrahim Afellay.
