The 19-year-old will initially join PSV on a season-long loan from Melbourne Victory as the club are keen to see how Deng adapts before making the deal permanent.
The centre-back, who was born in Kenya, has spent his whole career so far in Australia, representing Western Eagles, and Green Gully before signing for Melbourne Victory in 2015. Deng has made 13 appearances for the club over the past year and is a Australia U23 international.
Deng has been signed for Jong PSV in the Eerste Divisie, but may get the chance to impress Phillip Cocu after the club sold Jeffrey Bruma yesterday.
