The home side completely dominated from the kick off, and Dinamo goalkeeper Zelinika had to be in top form to prevent PSV from taking an early lead. The stopper kept out efforts from Ola Toivonen, and saw a Memphis Depay cross deflected just wide from the boot of Jurgen Locadia.
Just before the half hour mark PSV had the opening goal they deserved as after a fine passing move, Luciano Narsingh’s cross from the right was slid home by Adam Maher.
Narsingh was once again provider early in the second half as he put in another great cross from the right, this time picking out Toivonen in the box, and the midfielder made no mistake to make it 2-0.
Dinamo slowly came into the game, but failed to really trouble Tyton in the PSV goal, while Adam Maher hit the woodwork late on as the home side threatened a third.
With Ludogorets and Chornomorets playing out a 1-1 draw in the groups other game, PSV now sit three points clear in second place, and will be confident of progress to the next round.
Should have been 4-0 easily. Depay and Florian Jozefzoon missed free shots. PSV lots of raw talent just need to work on finishing and confidence.
