PSV have already brought in Walter Benitez, Ki-Jana Hoever, Xavi Simons and Luuk de Jong, but the club are not done yet and the arrival of Guus Til is imminent.
According to Voetbal International, an agreement of around €4 million has been reached between PSV and Spartak Moscow for the Netherlands International. Til will sign a four-year deal in Eindhoven.
Til must wait for the deal to be completed, which is made complex by the issues in Russia at the moment. Once there is the green light, PSV will announce the deal.
Til, who came through at AZ Alkmaar before joining Spartak Moscow, spent last season on loan with Feyenoord. The Rotterdammers were looking to bring back Til, who scored 15 times in the Eredivisie last season, but he has instead decided to join PSV.
