Reigning Eredivisie champions PSV Eindhoven are expected to sign the Peruvian attacker Luiz ‘Beto’ da Silva according to Eindhoven Dagblad.

The 18 year old had a trial with the Boeren in May where he impressed the scouts. He was offered a new contract with his current club Sporting Cristal but that was declined.
He has represented his country at various age levels and was part of the Peru team at U-20 World cup in Uruguay.
The only problem that could hamper a deal is the facts that PSV expect the deal to go through without a fee being involved but his current club do expect a fee.
Da Silva is currently in Holland to sign for the club and that is expected to be the only incoming transfer at The Philips Stadion this January.
