PSV Eindhoven has confirmed the signing of Brazilian winger Savinho on loan from Troyes.

The forward, who is actually called Sávio Moreira da Oliveira, has been linked with PSV Eindhoven all summer but the club have had to wait to announce his arrival.
Savinho told the PSV website, “This is the best day of my life. It took a while, but I’m really happy now.”
The youngster made 33 appearances for the first team of Clube Atletico Mineiro, scoring twice. He has officially joined Troyes, but the French side are part of the City Group of teams which are linked to Manchester City. It has been agreed that Savinho would be loaned to PSV Eindhoven to gain experience in Europe.
