PSV Eindhoven has been drawn against AS Monaco in the third preliminary round of Champions League qualifiers.

PSV will face two hurdles to reach the group stages of the Champions League and they now know their first opponent will be AS Monaco.

Last season, the two clubs met in the group stages of the Europa League with Monaco triumphing 2-1 in the Philips Stadion, while the away match finished 0-0.

The Ligue 1 side have Dutchmen Anthony Musaba and Myron Boadu in their squad, but neither is certain of an appearance against PSV.

The first leg will take place in Monaco on the 2nd of August with the return leg a week later in Eindhoven.
