The 18-year-old joined PSV in the summer from Desportivo Brasil’s U19 side but has quickly made his way from Jong PSV to the first team, making 10 appearances in the Eredivisie.

Speaking to Omroep Brabant, Junior revealed his ambitions for the future which include a World Cup and a move to one of Europe’s biggest clubs.

He said, “In ten years’ time, I want to be world champion with Brazil.

“I want to go up step by step, it’s my dream to play for a club like FC Barcelona, ​​Real Madrid, Manchester City or Manchester United, if I’ll succeed … Yes, I think so. Its a case of hard work. “
