English talent Noni Madueke has been officially promoted to the PSV Eindhoven first-team.

The 18-year-old has made his breakthrough into the PSV recently, making four appearances in the Eredivisie.

PSV interim boss Ernest Faber has been impressed by the winger and the club have awarded him for his development by promoting him from the U19 side permanently to the first-team.

Madueke told the club’s website, “I want to do my best for the team, score goals. I also hope to entertain the audience and I want to win prizes.”

The Englishman is also looking forward to new boss Roger Schmidt arriving, “I am very happy honestly. I heard that he likes attacking football and wants to put a lot of pressure. I like to play that, so that we have a lot of the ball. An attacking coach is perfect for me.”
