According to Voetbal International, PSV Eindhoven have come to an agreement with Utrecht over the signing of midfielder Bart Ramselaar.

The two clubs have been locked in negotiations for the past week since PSV declared their interest, and VI are reporting that an agreement has now been reached in principle. Only a medical now stands in the way of Ramselaar joining the Eredivisie champions.
PSV are set to pay around €6 million to sign the 20-year-old, who was a revelation in the Eredivisie last season, scoring four goals in 34 appearances for the club, while he has two in two so far in this campaign.
The signing ends PSV’s search for a new midfielder, with the club missing out on Marco van Ginkel because of a knee injury.
