PSV Eindhoven’s U19’s are on the verge of booking their place in the UEFA Youth League knockout stage after a 2-0 win over Bayern Munich.

The young PSV side went into the game top of the group after beating Bayern Munich in Germany two weeks ago and they proved too strong for the Bavarians once again on Tuesday.
An own goal by Bayern’s Friedl put them ahead in the first half before Matthias Verreth scored a stunning volley in the second half to seal the victory.
PSV now move four points ahead at the top with only two games to go. A win against either Atletico or Rostov will seal their progression to the knockout stage.
