According to Eindhovens Dagblad, Utrecht have agreed a fee with PSV Eindhoven to re-sign Bart Ramselaar.

The 23-year-old has been deemed surplus to requirements by PSV boss Mark van Bommel and was keen to leave the club before the transfer window shuts next month.
ED is reporting that Ramselaar is on his way back to Utrecht, who have agreed a fee with PSV.
PSV signed Ramselaar from Utrecht back in 2016 for around €5 million but must now take a loss on the midfielder. Utrecht will pay a smaller fee to bring him back to the club, but a resale percentage will be included in the deal.
The move will be confirmed once Ramselaar undergoes a medical in the coming days.
