Ludovit Reis has confirmed he still prefers an international future with Netherlands despite some interest from Slovakia.

The Barcelona midfielder has Slovakian parents but decided to represent the Netherlands at international level and is currently with the U21 squad.
Speaking to Algameen Dagblad, Reis confirmed there was interest from Slovakia, but he remains set on Netherlands.
He said, “There has been interest from the national team of Slovakia.
“But I am now playing for the Dutch Juniors. Two years ago, with Oranje under 17, I made that choice. It is not yet official, I can still play for Slovakia. You do not know what the future holds, but at the moment I choose the Netherlands.”
