kalezic rodUtrecht took the lead on Saturday evening through Sebastien Haller but a goal from Tomi Juric earned Roda JC a deserved point, which saw them climb to eighth.

Speaking to NOS after the game Roda boss Darije Kalezic stated, “I think you saw the both sides of Roda JC today.”

“We were tactically disadvantaged and we as a team and squad misjudged our tactics today for the first half an hour of the game. After that you could see that we neutralised the game in order to create good chances and towards the end we controlled the match as well.”

‘Tactics are important and we showed a good example today of changing our tactics during the game in order to get something out it. I think the team and squad has done very well today.”

Roda JC managed to take a point back to Kerkrade and currently sit 8th in the Eredivisie
