The Swiss left-back joined PSV in January on loan from AC Milan, but was limited to only 448 minutes due to the coronavirus outbreak.
PSV would be interested in making his loan move permanent, but the defenders wages would be a stumbling block. He currently earns €3 million a year in Milan, but according to ED, he would be willing to take a pay cut for a long-term deal at another club.
PSV could negotiate a deal for around €1 million with AC Milan, due to Rodriguez coming into the last year of his contract in Italy. He has also been mentioned in a possible swap deal with Denzel Dumfries, but that has not been spoken about yet.
ED adds that the chances of Rodriguez actually moving to PSV are very clim due to interest from AS Roma and Napoli.
