Feyenoord sold Karsdorp to Roma back in 2017 for a fee close to €14 million, but due to injuries the right-back failed to make an impression in Italy.
Last summer, Karsdorp was loaned back to Feyenoord but the club are said to be interested in making the move permanent. According to Corriere dello Sport, Feyenoord would have to pay €8 million to make that happen.
It is unclear whether Feyenoord would have the resources to complete the deal. That may depend on how much the club could make from possibly selling Steven Berghuis.
