PEC Zwolle have announced the departure of Trent Sainsbury who has joined Chinese side Jiangsu Suning FC.

The 24-year-old’s departure has been expected, but Sainsbury officially sealed his transfer to China on Monday, with the centre back signing a three-year-deal with Jiangsu Suning, who play their matches in Nanking.
Sainsbury joined PEC Zwolle from Central Coast Mariners in 2014, and made 28 Eredivisie appearances for the club, scoring once.
