The 19-year-old broke into the Utrecht first team last season and excelled but has fallen out of favour in the Cathedral City and is currently third choice at right-back.
According to De Telegraaf, Troupee can leave this month with Sampdoria, Hellas Verona, Benevento and Leeds United all interested in the Netherlands U21 international.
Troupee has a contract with Utrecht until 2021 but has only made seven Eredivisie appearances this season with only two starts.
