The Frenchman joined Ajax on loan from Arsenal in the summer on a deal which was meant to last until the summer. However, the loan deal was cut short in January after Sanogo failed to make an impression, and the striker joined Charlton Athletic.
Speaking after netting a hat-trick on Saturday, Sanogo said when asked by South London Press if he had enjoyed his spell with Ajax, “No. But I don’t want to speak about Ajax.
“English football is the best in the world.”
On why he failed at Ajax, Sanogo blamed injuries, “I didn’t play a lot of games because I had a lot of injuries. It’s fair that I didn’t score but I didn’t play.”
Have a decent have of season yaya and come back to bench giroud,he should have been a player in the first place
