Crysencio Summerville is aiming to become one of the best players in Europe after gaining praise for Leeds United in recent weeks.

The winger has scored in each of his last three games, including last minute winners over Liverpool, at Anfield, and Brentford.

Speaking to De Telegraaf, Summerville shared his goal to be one of the best in Europe, “One goal of mine is that I want to be one of the better players in Europe in the long term.”

On his winner at Anfield, Summerville said, “I thought: I want this feeling every week, for the club. Another beautiful moment has come on top of that on our own Elland Road. Indescribable. I believe very much in God and think that everything happens for a reason. Anfield, scoring there and also winning, that’s just a boyhood dream.”

The Netherlands U21 international is planning to remain at Leeds United for some time to come, “I want to become important to Leeds, become a legend here. That’s why I got the blessing of Raphinha to take his jersey number. That this is ambitious? Sure, but I always set the bar high for myself and also have full confidence in myself.”
